Macpro Properties played a pivotal role in planning for the future stages of Homeworld Helensvale.
As one of the largest and most successful large format, mixed use centres in South East Queensland, Macpro planned for and designed future stages that would allow the centre to expand by a further approximate 25,000 sqm.
The future stages incorporated a diverse mix of tenancies which were planned to include lifestyle, fashion, recreation, showroom, convenience retail, medical and other services.
