Macpro Properties is proud to have designed, developed and curated South East Queensland’s largest and most successful large format retail, mixed-use centre, Homeworld Helensvale.
The Centre is home to a diverse mix of 78 tenancies, including national anchor tenants, Fantastic Furniture, JB Hi-Fi, OZ Design Furniture, Beacon Lighting and The Good Guys.
Macpro was instrumental in positioning the centre as a modern community hub for northern Gold Coast residents, offering large format retail, dining experiences, medical and specialist health services, professional business services, home renovation and lifestyle services.
Macpro Properties developed and managed the property from its initial inception in 2008 through to 2022 when the property was sold.
During this timeframe, we engineered the delivery and leasing of a number of additional stages including the GC North Medical Hub and Dining Quarter precincts.
