Mango hill tavern

The Mango Hill development was procured by Macpro Properties, prior to the development of Westfield North Lakes. A development approval was secured for a hotel/ drive-through bottle shop, service station and convenience shops. The site was sold for approx. $8.5 million and fully developed by the new owners one year later including Coles occupying the hotel and shell service station.
